Training Specialist

Duties
As a Training Specialist you will develop and deliver training modules for on-going and new Individual Assistance programs and procedures. Typical assignments include:

• Planning, developing, monitoring, evaluating, and conducting courses and training activities for the Human Service Staff
• Developing training activities, courses, and other adult learning events, to meet requirements.
• Reviewing assigned training activities and ensures through recommendations and subsequent follow-up, the appropriate training for staff.
• Conducting specific and/or on-going evaluation actions for assigned training activities and related learning events, through the use of evaluation instruments, observation, examination, and questionnaires, and is responsible for assessing the subsequent impact upon participant needs.
