Leading the site's training and development strategy is the core of this role, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality systems, and business objectives. This role provides leadership for all training activities supporting a manufacturing site and is accountable for driving training effectiveness, training compliance, associate development, and workforce capability. The Training Manager oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of site training programs to support GMP, GDP, Data Integrity (ALCOA+), FDA regulations, Warning Letter commitments, remediation initiatives, and operational excellence objectives. This role is critical in strengthening the site's remediation efforts through enhanced training governance, robust qualification programs, and proactive monitoring of training compliance.
