About This Role
This role is for a Training Director who will lead the management of a training center, coordinating regulated training (Healthcare Vocational Training) and implementing online training and preparation for civil service exams. The key strategic objective is to design an online model, digitize content, and attract new students nationally through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the center, coordinating teaching, tutoring, and administration teams
- Supervise regulated training, ensuring compliance with educational regulations for vocational training cycles and maintaining quality standards for both in-person and distance learning
- Promote the online business by designing and executing the strategy to launch, promote, and grow enrollment in 100% online and blended learning modalities
- Drive digital transformation, including the implementation and optimization of e-learning platforms
- Coordinate healthcare civil service exam preparation programs, adapting traditional syllabi to interactive digital formats (online tests, mock exams)
- Control KPIs for online student acquisition, retention, pass rates, and profitability across different training lines
Requirements
- Full availability to work in person at the center's facilities
- Degree in Biology or a related healthcare field, with experience in training management
- Master's degree (CAP)
- Qualification with experience in online training management
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in academic direction or training center management
- Proficiency in managing LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, etc.) with a business focus
- Knowledge of the healthcare civil service exam sector and the functioning of regulated training
- Familiarity with digital educational marketing strategies for online student acquisition
- Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset, oriented towards digital expansion
- Strong in-person leadership, ability to motivate teams and manage cultural change towards digital
- Excellent communication skills and data-driven decision-making
