About the role
What You'll Do
✅ Create, edit, publish, and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs, job aids, and process documentation
✅ Transform complex processes and technical information into clear, user-friendly content
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
✅ Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content creation, editing, and quality assurance
✅ Maintain content standards, style guides, and best practices for usability and discoverability
✅ Conduct content audits and recommend continuous improvements
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in content writing, technical writing, content editing, knowledge management, or related fields
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with CMS platforms, Knowledge Bases, SharePoint, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of AP Style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, content centers, or service-based organizations
- Experience using Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of content governance, information architecture, accessibility standards, and basic HTML
