About the role
Practicante de Ingeniería Industrial – Planta Juárez 3
Estudiantes activos (mínimo un año para egresar) de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica o carrera afín.
Conocimientos y habilidades:
Manejo básico de software 3D (SolidWorks, CATIA o similar).
Conocimientos básicos de procesos de manufactura.
Estudios de tiempos y movimientos (deseable).
Técnicas de resolución de problemas.
Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).
Inglés básico/intermedio.
Capacidad de análisis, organización y seguimiento.
Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
Proactividad y facilidad de autoaprendizaje.
Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
Actualizar y mantener el sistema 3D de acuerdo con los requerimientos del área.
Realizar estudios de tiempos y análisis Yamazumi.
Elaborar y actualizar ayudas visuales para producción.
Dar seguimiento a indicadores (KPI's) del departamento.
Apoyar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
Recopilar y analizar información para la identificación de oportunidades de mejora.
Participar en la documentación y estandarización de procesos.
Brindar soporte administrativo y técnico a las actividades de Ingeniería Industrial.
Colaborar con áreas multidisciplinarias en la ejecución de proyectos .
