Responsibilities
- Guide pedestrians with a smile, saying "Please come this way"
- Work in teams of two for mutual support
- Prioritize safety during operations
- Take appropriate breaks and stay hydrated
Requirements
- 18 years or older (due to security industry law)
- No academic background or experience required

Important Details
- Schedule: 20:00-05:00, 8 hours/day
- Average working days: 24-25 days per month
- Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Minimum working days per week: 1 day
- Shift cycle: 1 week (fully self-declared shift)
- Locations: Tokyo 23 wards (direct commute to site)
