About This Role
This security guard position involves directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic at various sites. The role offers flexibility in working hours and locations, allowing for direct commutes from home and the possibility of other employment.
Responsibilities
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic
- Work at various sites across Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, and other areas
- Commute directly to and from the worksite from home
Requirements
- Age: 18 years and older (due to Article 14 of the Security Guard Law)
- No experience required

Important Details
- Schedule: Choice of shifts: 8:00-17:00, 9:00-18:00, 20:00-5:00, or 8:00-12:00 (no break for 4-hour shift). Consultation possible for working hours, days, and days of the week.
- Overtime: Average 3 hours per month
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Working days: 3 to 6 days per week
- Days off: Shift system, two days off per week (other)
- Contract: Permanent, no fixed term
- Probation period: 2 months
- Trial period working conditions: 3-day security guard training (7.5 hours/day) with a daily wage of ¥10,000
