As a Trading System Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of existing applications and addressing technical issues promptly.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and performance.
- Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to improve reliability.
- Coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of application updates and services.
- Preparing technical documentation and operational guidelines for system users.
- Providing technical support to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and recommending their integration where applicable.

A successful Trading System Support Specialist should have:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 2 years or above trading system support experience
- Good planning and task management skills, analytical skills and demonstrate strong risk awareness
- Familiar with script languages (Windows, Linux shell, SQL)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills is preferred
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
福利待遇
- Annual salary between HKD 378,000 and HKD 462,000, paid across 12 months.
- 12 months basic salary with attractive bonus.
- Permanent employment in the financial services industry in Hong Kong.
