About the role
Key skills : Program Manager/Director, setting up new product (Financial services), Techno-functional background, SAFe agile certified ; and Product development experience preferably in Banking /Finance/Payments set up**, Stakeholder management (Internal/external/Vendors)**
- Prior Java/Microservices engineering background
- Strong Agile/SAFe expertise
- Capacity planning & release management experience
- Ability to communicate with architects and product owners at the same level
- Exposure to AI/GenAI programs
- Preferably Payments experience

- Strong technical foundation (Java, APIs, Web Services, Microservices, Concurrency)
- Experience managing software engineering teams
