TPA Sales Consultant | Retirement Plans | Base $80K-$100K + Uncapped Commission

Are you a retirement plan professional who enjoys building relationships and driving new business? We're seeking a TPA Sales Consultant to join a growing Third-Party Administrator (TPA). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with retirement plan expertise who wants to leverage their industry knowledge in a client-facing sales role.
You'll partner with financial advisors, CPAs, and business owners to deliver customized retirement plan solutions while helping expand the firm's footprint. If you're motivated by developing new relationships, educating clients, and being rewarded for your success, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow new business through financial advisors, CPAs, investment professionals, and referral partners.
- Consult with business owners on retirement plan design and TPA services.
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities from prospecting through implementation.
- Deliver presentations and educate prospective clients on retirement plan solutions.
- Collaborate with internal administration and consulting teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry, with a TPA.
- Previous business development, relationship management, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), profit-sharing, and cash balance plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exceed sales goals.
- Industry designations such as QKA, QPA, CPC, or AIF are a plus.
