About the role
Our Client are looking for a Tower Lead Inspector at a fabrication site in Gdansk, Poland with a start date in February 2027 until around November 2027.
Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day
Experience required with tower inspection at fabrication site
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Lead inspector shall:
- Co-ordinate all communication between the Inspectors at the Site and the Company
- Be responsible for issuing daily reports and Inspection reports
- Ensure that Inspectors are present at the Sites based on production schedules, and Company’s instructions
- Ensure that the established level of Inspection and Verification activities are performed
- Participate and lead the technical discussions on Site on behalf of Company
- Provide discipline engineering support and answer WTG Contractor’s technical queries on site
- Be responsible for interpretation of technical specification requirements and for giving instruction as necessary to the Inspectors at Site
- Represent Company in regular physical meetings at Site and pre-production meetings with the WTG Contractor
- Perform Inspections, Verification, witnessing and expedite activities, issue release notes (if applicable) and report on the Services according to the Contract
- Monitor WTG Contractor’s quality control processes and verify that they are adhered to, and report to Company of any deviations
- Assist Inspectors with advice and provide specialist competence in order for the Inspectors to perform the Services as described in this Contract
- Report to Company on unsafe behaviours, situations, and deviations from HSEQ procedures, plans, and expectations
REPORTING
The Lead inspector shall report to Company in writing on a weekly basis, in addition to giving verbal status in shorter daily meetings as agreed. Major findings shall be reported immediately
