This role involves leading the design, governance, and execution of the company's compensation, benefits, and leave administration programs across all regions. The Total Rewards Manager reports to the Director of HR Operations & Technology and owns the end-to-end strategy, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations for benefits programs in multiple countries, while also overseeing global compensation programs and leave administration. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone comfortable negotiating with carriers and brokers, as well as coaching and developing a team of specialists.
