The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Horizon Family Brands’ total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and wellbeing. This role ensures that programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals, supporting the ability to attract, engage, and retain a diverse workforce. This position partners closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver data-informed recommendations and clear communications regarding pay, benefits, and related policies. The role also leads the Payroll & Benefits Specialist and provides oversight to ensure strong administration and continuous improvement of payroll and benefits processes.
