About This Role
This role as a customer service representative and counselor in a total beauty salon involves supporting clients' desire to be beautiful by providing treatments, beauty advice, and makeup suggestions based on a three-pronged approach to beauty. Responsibilities
- Conduct counseling sessions to understand clients' skin conditions and concerns, and recommend suitable treatments
- Perform hair removal, facial, and slimming treatments with care, paying attention to clients' expressions and conditions
- Provide makeup services and beauty advice, including post-treatment touch-ups and suggestions for suitable makeup looks
- Support clients' inner care through skincare and lifestyle advice
- Record clients' skin conditions and treatment details in charts and counseling records to ensure optimal future recommendations
