- Plan and execute preventive maintenance for all tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Attend tool breakdowns and restore production in minimum time.
- Monitor tool life and schedule timely refurbishment.
- Manufacture and modify tools as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for new tool development.
- Support engineering changes and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain tool history records and maintenance logs.
- Control tool room inventory, consumables, and spare parts.
- Ensure all repaired and manufactured tools meet drawing specifications.
- Support dimensional inspections and quality improvements.
- Maintain calibration status of gauges and measuring instruments.
