Preferable application knowledge: Online Search (FL), Online, Data Trace, Data Tree, Title Point, & ATS.
Should be able to perform CA, TX and Nationwide Full Search Orders and also reviewing & identifying the Easements affecting PIQ as per the Map document.
• Good Analytical skills, decision making and communication skills. • Should not have shift concerns.
• Flexible & supportive during the weekend work if required.
