【岗位职责】1、负责Tiktok美区跨境店团队的搭建，制定运营方向和品牌推广策略，包括整体策划、营销活动策划等；2、负责统筹bd团队对产品进行推广，同时根据销量制定相应的补货计划；3、负责Listing的编辑和优化，关键词优化，以及制定店铺营销活动；4、监控/分析Tik Tok店铺的数据，包括曝光量、点击量、转化率等，并据此优化店铺和推广策略；5、定期更新Tik Tok店铺的内容，保持店铺的活跃度和用户粘性；【任职要求】1、本科以上学历，2年以上B端经验，英语CET-4及以上水平；2、美区Tiktok shop运营经验，突出业绩者优先；3、有责任心，对工作认真负责，有一定的抗压能力；4、有较强的执行能力，能配合平台的要求快速响应和执行；5、优秀的沟通、组织、策划能力，有出色的独立思考能力，执行力强。
