About the role
职位描述 1、负责游戏行业的广告产品Go-To-Market策略制定，把控和监督各个阶段的执行流程落地，确保策略/产品顺利上线和推广；
2、通过产品测试和市场需求收集，能准确的把控产品上线节奏和市场预期，有效的解决产品在各个阶段产生的问题；
3、对广告产品的效果监控负责，通过定义清晰有效的产品监控指标，对产品质量进行持续性评估；
4、通过和销售，运营团队和产品团队的密切合作，推动产品策略落地，促进业务目标的达成；
5、通过培训和线上线下活动，赋能内外部合作伙伴，提升各方对于产品的理解和认知，促进产品的Go-To-Market。
职位要求 1、具备5年以上Game/App应用效果广告相关经验，对竞价机制和流量策略有深入的了解；
2、具备流利的中英文沟通能力，可以处理跨文化跨区域协作场景；
3、拥有突出的数据分析和逻辑能力，以及敏锐的用户洞察力，可拆解复杂问题并定义目标达成路径；
4、拥有跨团队协作和项目管理能力，善于沟通合作，可以在与产品研发和销售等团队协作场景中展现领导力；
5、具备高度的业务责任心和主人翁意识，主动与协作团队密切协作，明确业务诉求优先级，并达成业务目标。
