TIG Welder

About This Role

This full-time, on-site TIG Welder position involves welding and assembling parts to precise specifications, interpreting technical blueprints, operating welding equipment, and inspecting finished products for quality. The role suits a detail-oriented individual committed to maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld and assemble parts to precise specifications
• Read and interpret technical blueprints
• Operate welding equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality

• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Proficiency in TIG welding techniques and working with materials such as stainless steel and aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Experience in using various hand and power tools for the preparation of materials and assembly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect welds for quality and precision
• Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, production-focused environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Physical stamina required to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform hands-on tasks

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in precision manufacturing or a related industry
• Certification in welding or a related field
