About the role
Responsibilities :
- 和客户对接散热产品的设计要求，独立展开散热方案的设计和优化。对散热器产品及其生产工艺有一定了解，根据要求，设计出满足性能、结构合理的方案，负责对应风冷产品的热设计，及相关的样品跟进；
- 善于阅读使用测试数据，做出对应的验证仿真结果，并在理论指导下，可以从中发现可以指导设计的规律或者方法改善新产品的设计；
- 根据公司产品开发计划，利用内部或者外部资源完成相关计划；
- 完成其他主管领导安排的工作任务。
Requirments :
Education background： 热能动力，工程热物理或机械设计相关专业，本科及以上；
Work experience： 至少有5年以上散热器（带热管， 均温板）设计经验；具有独立与客户沟通能力，具有独立思考问题的能力；
Working skill：
- 熟悉相关热仿真软件的使用，ICEPAK/FlowEFD/Flowtherm其中一款软件的应用；
- 熟悉SOLIDWORKS软件，可以独立完成所设计方案的三维；
Soft skill：
- 可以和国外团队通过英语完成项目的沟通；
- 学习能力强、积极主动、善于思考；
- 具有良好的沟通能力、 问题解决能力、团队协作能力。
