About the role
Job Purpose:
Independently complete the Thermal design of Electronics cooling products (Liquid/Air & other cooling methods). Build & Run Thermal Model in CFD software. Product Verification will also be a key activity involved.
Work Location:
Lot CN2-4, Yen Phong IP (extension area), Yen Trung commune, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province
Job Responsibilities:
Basic responsibilities include the following:
- Complete Thermal design according to customer requirements and by considering DFMEA/DFM. Create CFD Analysis Report with comments/Conclusions.
- Communicate with customers, PRDE/PIE during the design/development stage.
- Assist in the development and verification of samples.
Job Requirments:
Education and/or Experience:
- Mechanical major with master’s degree；
- At least 5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree
Special Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of Fluid Mechanics/ Heat Transfer/ Thermodynamics.
- Proficiency in any CFD software like ANSYS Fluent/Icepack/ Flotherm will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of material selection and manufacturing process.
- Good English communication
