The Job
- Review textile test reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and technical correctness before release to clients
- Verify test data, calculations, results interpretation, and report formatting in accordance with relevant standards, test methods, and internal procedures
- Handle and respond to clients’ technical enquiries related to test reports, results interpretation, and testing methodologies
- Provide clear technical explanations and professional guidance to clients on textile testing outcomes
- Liaise with laboratory teams to clarify test results, resolve discrepancies, and ensure correct data reporting
- Ensure issued reports comply with accreditation requirements (e.g. ISO/IEC 17025) and company quality standards
- Identify potential report errors or inconsistencies and initiate corrective actions where necessary
Working hours: Peak Season - 13:00-21:00 (Mon-Fri) & 11:00-15:00 (Sat) or Non-Peak Season - 12:00-21:00 (Mon-Fri)
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Fashion & Textile Technology, or related disciplines
- 1–5 years of experience in textile testing, report review, or laboratory-related roles
- Sound knowledge of textile materials, testing standards, and test methods (e.g. physical, chemical, performance testing)
- Experience in reviewing technical reports or issuing laboratory test reports is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Self‑motivated, well organized, and able to work under deadlines
