About This Role
This testing role involves thoroughly inspecting and testing various products, including motherboards, memory, CPUs, LCDs, and HDDs, and accurately reporting the test results. The position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working efficiently in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect products thoroughly
- Perform testing on intended products
- Report product issues and findings
- Input required data to store information
- Follow instructions and operational procedures
- Meet and exceed defined KPIs to meet business and operational requirements
- Multi-task and adapt to work on different models concurrently
- Organize test tooling and mockups
- Keep and maintain tooling in good condition
- Follow 5S standard
- Turn in KPI reports on time, at the end of the working day
- Check and keep records for ESD Audit daily
- Utilize company time efficiently and productively, including punctuality for breaks and personal matters
- Change work assignments based on project needs, such as inspection, solder, testing, or data input
- Build and maintain a positive work environment supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean at all times
- Maintain a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture
- Foster a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Meet deadlines and work independently
- Knowledge using MS Excel to read instructions and track data
- Detail-oriented
- Attitude to achieve and deliver
- Good customer service focus and a team player
- Demonstrated ability to read and follow written instructions and ideas
- Determination to achieve excellent results
- Good attendance and the ability to work overtime as required
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds
Nice to have:
- A+ certification
- College graduate from a computer-related field
Important Details
- Working Conditions: Moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment; office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse (hot in summer, cold in winter); may need to walk for extensive periods, reach over shoulder heights, bend or stoop below the waist, and perform repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement
