We are looking for a skilled Test Lead – Software Factory to join a cross‑functional engineering team driving software verification, quality, and release readiness across large-scale software delivery flows.

What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate test activities throughout the software delivery lifecycle
- Align teams on test scope, priorities, quality risks, and release readiness
- Coordinate verification activities across teams, environments, and software baselines
- Monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and support timely decision-making
- Drive quality discussions based on test results, quality metrics, and engineering evidence
- Support teams in resolving issues and improving verification efficiency
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices, automation, tooling, and operational ways of working
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, quality representatives, and operational stakeholders
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Test Leadership, or similar roles
- Experience coordinating verification activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience working with large-scale software deliveries
- Strong understanding of software verification and release readiness processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create structure and transparency in complex environments
