Test Equipment Project Manager

About This Role

This project management role involves leading the development, qualification, industrialization, and delivery of functional or integrity test systems for MBDA products. The role suits a project manager with a strong background in industrial product development and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a challenging technological environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project management plan (activities, processes, quality, cost, schedule, milestones)
• Lead the definition of system architectures, supported by technical experts
• Coordinate multidisciplinary development teams and supervise outsourced work if necessary
• Manage definition, integration, and validation activities
• Facilitate project progress meetings: manage critical issues and risks, costs, and deadlines
• Prepare and present reports to management
• Ensure external technical interface, arbitrate technical choices during design reviews, and present products for client acceptance

Requirements

• Engineer higher education (or equivalent profile)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial product development (electronic, electrical, mechanical, software)
• Successful experience in project management
• Knowledge in the field of equipment testing (a plus)
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools (PRIMAVERA / MS PROJECT / SAP)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to plan, analyze, anticipate, and alert
• Good level of English
