Job Summary Role Overview - Testing Analyst
Migration project: moving Home Equity Mortgage (HEM) reporting app from SQL Server to enterprise risk/regulatory data warehouse
Two roles open, primarily focused on testing
100% remote, two-step virtual interview (technical + behavioral, 30 min each)
Core Responsibilities
Field-to-field data warehouse testing against specifications
Write and execute test cases, document pass/fail results
Triage data issues when test cases fail, work with tech teams to resolve
Secondary (nice to have): business analysis, requirements gathering, report specifications
Required Skills And Experience Oracle SQL: advanced/expert level, base SQL only (no PL/SQL, no ETL, no Informatica)
8-10 years preferred, but flexible down to 4-6 years for strong SQL candidates
Data warehouse testing background essential
Nice to have: retail lending data experience (home equity, mortgage, credit cards, auto finance)
SQL Server migration experience not required; general SQL proficiency sufficient

- Someone that has not consistently worked in the same industry
