About the role
Job Description As a Territory Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of the electrical field and the ability to build relationships with electricians and key stakeholders. You will work closely with the L7 - IN - INDOASIAN - Trade Sales department to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electricians, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the electrical field, preferably in a sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the electrical industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
