About This Role
This sales role focuses on driving revenue and growth for a dental product line within a specific territory. The Territory Manager will work with dealer and user organizations, conduct sales calls, and manage customer relationships, reporting directly to a Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with dealer and user organizations to keep them trained and informed about products and programs
- Conduct Lunch & Learn and sales calls with dental offices and clinics
- Co-travel with dealer representatives who have established relationships with dental offices
- Achieve sales quota in assigned territory
- Manage and grow university and school business
- Provide follow up and support to dealer representatives
- Manage customer base through HubSpot SRM
- Manage expense and sample budgets
- Participate in regional and local industry and training events, including meetings and trade shows
- Travel overnight 15%
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years outside business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and guide potential customers toward COLTENE products
- High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain existing customers
- Demonstrated perseverance to follow up on open leads and convert these into sales
- Computer literacy
