Regional Field Performance Manager/ Agency Development Manager/Territory Manager
Location: Remote + 50% Travel
Overview:
Lead and support regional insurance agencies by coaching field leadership, improving operational performance, and driving key business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agency performance through regular field engagement.
- Coach and develop General Agents, Assistant General Agents, and Field Agents.
- Drive production, client growth, applications, and IAR performance.
- Partner with regional leadership to execute business strategies.
- Improve agency operations, administration, and client service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of life insurance operations/administration experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing teams and resolving client issues.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and field operations.
- FIC, FLMI, or CLU preferred.
