Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient conditions; develop and communicate care plans; prioritize patient flow; document care activities; advocate for patients and families; respond to concerns; educate patients; promote patient satisfaction; contribute to quality improvement efforts; and support shared governance and professional growth.
Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors in Nursing; valid RN license with multi-state compact; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; minimum of 2 years nursing experience; and required certifications at hire.
