- Temporary Learning Management System Support role on a 6-month contract (Oct 2026 to Apr 2027)
- Working hours: Mon-Thu, 8.30 am to 6 pm, Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Location: Buona Vista
Key responsibilities
- Support the migration of learning programmes and content onto an online learning platform
- Assist with the development, updating and maintenance of learning content
- Conduct quality assurance checks and testing to ensure content accuracy and functionality before publication
- Identify and assist with troubleshooting an online learning platform and content-related issues
- Work with technical teams to resolve system or content defects where required
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely support and solutions
- Assist with the planning and logistical preparation of learning enablement workshops
- Support the facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops
- Perform day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operational duties and other tasks as assigned
