About the role
Job Description
- Onboarding & Recruitment Admin: Coordinate recruitment logistics including interview scheduling, background screenings, offer letter issuance, and pre-employment declarations.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Process staff movements such as internal transfers, secondments, employment conversions, re-employment, and cessations.
- Compliance & Screening: Initiate post-employment screenings, flag discrepancies to HR Business Partners, and administer activities related to the Representative Notification Framework (RNF) for financial advisers.
- Work Pass Administration: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and dependents.
- Data & Systems Management: Maintain high standards of data integrity in HR systems (Workday) and ensure timely archiving of confidential employee documents.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide accurate, timely HR support to employees, process ex-staff reference checks, and assist with ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry or prior experience using Workday is preferred
- High level of initiative, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organisation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Positive working attitude, results oriented and have a process and service-focused mind-set
- Energised by a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to multi-task and manage high volume work, with minimum supervision
- Willingness to embrace new HR technologies and changing processes
