About This Role
This teller position provides financial and account services to members, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service. The role involves accurately handling member requests, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while also actively cross-selling products and services to support growth.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility and accountability in following all service standards set forth by the credit union; provide informed, professional, and accurate service and support to all members and associates
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Perform member servicing requests such as issuing debit cards and check ordering
- Remain updated and adhere to protocol and procedures for fraud, check holds and check negotiability
- Assist members with closing accounts, respond to members
- Promote the credit union
- Accountable for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals and participating in team sales and referral goals
- Maintains knowledge of all Credit Union 1 products, services, procedures while staying informed of all policy and procedural changes
- Maintains member confidence and protects credit union operations by keeping information confidential
- Performs other duties as necessary or directed

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good figure aptitude
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professional manner and appearance
- Experience with the public
- Good communication and service skills
- Proven sales experience or abilities

- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm; Wednesday: 10:00am - 5:00pm; Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
