🎯 Your Impact (Responsibilities)
- Connect & Convert: Handle incoming inquiries with top-tier customer service and a sharp sales mindset.
- Consult & Solicit: Take a consultative approach to understand client needs, recommending new products and services that truly benefit their business.
- Problem Solve: Master the art of "one-call resolutions" by troubleshooting client issues smoothly.
- Think Beyond: Resolve scope-related issues and confidently guide clients toward third-party solutions or paid consultations when needed.
- Crush Key Metrics: Drive your own success by hitting targets for First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and New Sales.
🎓 What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Language Elite: Fluency in Mandarin (excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills are a must).
- Education: Minimum SPM qualification or above.
- Sales DNA: A genuine passion for sales and a hunger to hit targets.
- Adaptability: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, energetic environment.
- Experience (Bonus!): Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales is a major plus, but Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply! We train for success.
