Telemonitoring Specialist Energy and Plant Management - Internal Service

About This Role

This telemonitoring specialist role involves monitoring and analyzing refrigeration systems using telemonitoring systems to ensure stable and energy-efficient plant operation. The specialist analyzes technical anomalies, initiates appropriate measures, and provides technical support. This position is for someone with a background in refrigeration technology and a structured, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize refrigeration systems via remote access for stable and energy-efficient plant operation
• Analyze fault messages and unusual operating conditions, and initiate appropriate measures
• Create evaluations and reports on plant status, energy consumption, and technical anomalies
• Provide technical support to service technicians, dispatchers, and field staff for technical questions
• Collaborate closely with service, quality, installation, and technical planning departments

Requirements

• Refrigeration technology training or a comparable qualification
• Very good technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented working method
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and good organizational skills
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in PC and MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
