About the role
Dependable and hardworking Telemetry Technician with strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and EKG analysis, including the identification of arrhythmias and heart blocks. Demonstrated ability to successfully pass comprehensive EKG competency testing, including heart block interpretation, with a minimum score of 80% or higher. Will complete approximately five weeks of structured training with a designated preceptor, developing proficiency in telemetry monitoring, rhythm recognition, patient interaction, and troubleshooting equipment. Experienced in accurately measuring, documenting, and communicating cardiac rhythms to support high-quality patient care. Skilled in telemetry equipment setup, troubleshooting monitoring devices, and assisting patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare environments during 12-hour shifts while collaborating effectively with nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and positive patient outcomes.

Schedule: Full-Time, Night, 7pm-7am
