Job Responsibilities
- Developing insurance quotes, prospecting and generating new business.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Processing payments, claims, and performing general customer service duties.
- Offering each customer the opportunity to add another line of insurance.
Job Requirements
- Ability to multi-task, follow through and follow up.
- Strong organizational skills.
- If you are not currently licensed, be willing to obtain a license to sell insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bi-lingual candidates welcome.
Licensing Requirement: Applicants do not need to be licensed at the time of hire. However, the selected candidate must be willing to obtain their New Jersey Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe after starting. We will provide guidance and support throughout the licensing process.
