Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce services

Requirements

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage prospects clearly and build rapport over the phone
• Customer Service and Sales abilities to handle inquiries, address concerns, and convert interest into qualified leads
• Appointment Scheduling experience to efficiently set and confirm meetings for the sales team
• Comfort using basic computer tools and CRM or lead management systems
• Ability to meet performance targets and work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or call center experience
