Telemarketer

Job Summary

The Telemarketer is responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing the company’s products or services, generating leads, and assisting in achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build customer interest over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain the company’s products, services, and promotions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments when necessary.
• Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Answer basic customer questions and address initial concerns.
• Follow up with interested customers and previous leads.
• Record customer information and call results accurately.
• Maintain and update lead databases or monitoring trackers.
• Meet daily or weekly call, lead, and sales targets.
• Coordinate qualified leads and customer concerns with the sales team.
• Maintain professionalism and observe data privacy during all calls.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate, college-level, or graduate of any related course.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with different customers.
• Goal-oriented, patient, and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Willing to work on-site and meet performance targets.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
