G&A Cleaning Inc. is seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketer to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and emails. This role focuses on reaching local businesses, introducing our commercial cleaning services, and scheduling walkthroughs/appointments.
This is a results-driven role ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, persistent, and goal-oriented.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on the phone, handling rejection, and staying persistent while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Responsibilities include making a high volume of outbound calls, identifying and speaking with decision-makers such as property or office managers, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and maintaining accurate records of calls and follow-ups. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have basic computer knowledge for tracking leads and managing outreach. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or B2B outreach is preferred but not required. This position offers hourly base pay along with commission opportunities.
