Salary: Up to RM5,000 per month + Performance Commission

Key Responsibilities
- Contact qualified leads generated through Meta Ads.
- Schedule appointments and encourage prospects to visit the nearest IMIKA branch.
- Achieve monthly walk-in appointment targets.
- Follow up with prospects via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer conversions.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone.

- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting, or customer service is an advantage.
