About This Role

This fully remote, full-time telemarketer position involves making outbound calls to introduce financial planning services and schedule appointments for financial consultants. The role suits a self-motivated individual with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using company-provided leads
• Introduce financial planning services to prospective clients
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Financial Consultants
• Follow up with prospective clients to confirm appointments
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
• Achieve individual calling and appointment-setting targets

Requirements

• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Stable internet connection and a laptop/desktop for remote work
