Evolve Marketing LLC – Telemarketer Agent (PAS Patient Assistance Survey) In collaboration with Talent Select Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt Job Details: Employment Type: Full-Time / On-site Contract: 6-Month Contract Working Hours: Working Days: Monday to Friday Days Off: Saturday & Sunday Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Shift Duration: 8 hours/day including 1-hour break Training & Evaluation: Duration: 1 Month Fully Paid upon passing test call 1 Week Training 1 Week Evaluation 2 Weeks Shadowing & Nesting Who Can Apply: Graduates and undergraduates are welcome Age: 18–29 English Level: B2+ or C1 Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Clear military status (postponed, exempted, or completed) Available to start at the beginning of next month with at least a 3-month commitment Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: 8,500 EGP/month KPIs: 1,500 EGP/month Commission: 2,200 EGP and uncapped Total Package: Up to 20,000 EGP Daily spiffs, bonuses, and team incentives Quarterly Bonus after completing 6–9 months Social & Medical Insurance after completing 6–9 months Transportation: Night drop-off points provided for female employees starting after training.
