About This Role

This telemarketing and email executive role involves promoting electronic recycling services to businesses and schools. The position requires making calls and sending emails using a scripted sales pitch to secure quality pickups of recyclable electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Call businesses and schools from the address book over the phone and send emails to promote electronic recycling services
• Use a scripted sales pitch (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of the sales program
• Secure quality pickups of recyclable electronic devices
• Maintain accurate lead and call records
• Follow up with potential clients professionally
• Handle customer queries

Requirements

• Prior experience in telemarketing, email outreach, and customer communication
• Experienced call center agent with experience selling products or services
• Skilled in using software like Pipedrive or Salesforce
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
