Skills

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling within a B2B (business-to-business) environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Familiarity with sales technology adoption, including CRM software such as Salesforce Cloud and other sales automation tools
• Technical sales experience, particularly in technology or software solutions, is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Proficiency in CRM system proficiency and familiarity with call center operations enhances performance
• Customer service orientation combined with active listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
