About This Role
This remote position is for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to work with a nationwide virtual medical practice. The role involves partnering with Medicare Advantage plans to deliver Annual Wellness Visits and close care gaps for members, providing comprehensive virtual care via scheduled and on-demand phone or video visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits
- Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations
- Manage chronic conditions and support remote monitoring
- Assess patient conditions and review medications
- Provide comprehensive consultations and evidence-based care recommendations
- Help close care gaps and improve outcomes for Medicare patients
- Build strong patient rapport and accurately document medical records in the EHR system
- Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted NP license
- Must be licensed in three or more of the following states: MS, LA, IL, GA, SC
- Experience providing preventative and/or primary care
- Strong digital fluency
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Candidates must confirm they have never been involved in a malpractice settlement

Important Details
- Schedule: Minimum of 16 hours per week required, during operational hours
- Operational Hours (Eastern Time): Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET; Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET; Sunday: Closed
- Contract: ongoing
- Technical Requirements: NP provides their own equipment and must meet strict technical standards:
- Computer: Windows or Apple (macOS) only (No Chromebooks, Linux machines, or smartphones). Minimum Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma.
- Hardware: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent (Windows) / Apple Silicon (Macs); 16 GB RAM.
- Peripherals: Wired headphones required (no built-in mics); webcam required (built-in laptop webcams are acceptable).
- Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed. Must use an ethernet cable connecting the computer directly to the router.
- Browser & System: Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces.
- Recommended: Second monitor for laptop users; dual monitors for PC users.
