Hours & Availability
- 24/7 national inbound service
- 4–10 hour shifts (split shifts available)
- Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available
- Minimum commitment of 24 hours per week
Night Shift Opportunities Available Night shifts are currently our highest-priority vacancies.
Full-Time and Part-Time nurses working night shifts exclusively may be eligible for dedicated set-shifts
Training & Support You'll receive 2 weeks of paid online training to prepare you for the role, followed by ongoing support from experienced leaders and clinical teams committed to your success. Full attendance is required. Intake dates are ongoing and will be confirmed with you during the recruitment process.
This Role Is For You If You
- Are a Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration (3+ years). Enrolled Nurses (ENs) are not eligible for this role.
- Have 3 years full-time (or equivalent) recent experience in acute, ED, primary health, rural/remote settings. Aged care experience alone does not meet the requirements for this position.
- Show strong clinical judgement, triage experience and remain calm under pressure
- Are confident navigating digital systems, CRMs and telehealth platforms
- Have a private home workspace with reliable Wi-Fi (25mps+ download single user homes, 50mbps+ download multi-user homes)
- Can work 24/7 rotating shifts, incl. days, evenings, nights and weekends
