Exact Location - Andheri (East)
Work Mode - 6 Days Work from Office (Mandate)
Shift Time - Rotational Shift (Day shifts only)

Note - Only Mumbai based candidates needed (No relocation candidates)

Job Summary-
As part of our Diversity Hiring initiative, we are looking for confident and customer-focused female Telecalling Executives to join the one of the Top Fintech organisation voice process supporting reputed clients such as Amazon and Google.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a strong customer-service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls as per process requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide accurate information.
- Understand customer queries and resolve them effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and call quality.
- Follow defined scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling a complete voice-based process.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week from office.
