About This Role
This role involves designing and delivering training on AI, ML, GenAI, Python, and Data Science. The trainer will be responsible for creating curricula, conducting engaging sessions, and developing course materials, while also preparing students for industry projects and ensuring ethical AI usage. The position suits a candidate with experience in technology training and a strong background in AI/ML concepts.
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve AI, ML, GenAI, Python, and Data Science curricula across beginner to advanced levels
- Conduct engaging instructor-led training, hands-on labs, workshops, hackathons, and project mentoring
- Develop course materials, assessments, lab exercises, capstone projects, and evaluation rubrics
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support learning through doubt-clearing and remedial sessions
- Prepare students for industry by guiding them on real-world projects and platforms like Kaggle, HackerRank, and LeetCode
- Maintain academic records, track student progress, and ensure compliance with institutional requirements
- Promote ethical and responsible AI usage while managing cloud resources and AI tool access
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and recommend curriculum enhancements and strategic opportunities
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as a trainer in AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI space
- Demonstrated expertise in Python Programming, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), GenAI models, prompt engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven training and facilitation experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience creating training artifacts including course content, hands-on labs, projects, etc
- Strong grounding in pedagogy, learning outcome design, and competency-based assessment
- Ability to collaborate with university stakeholders to deliver the training
- Experience in a technology services or product company environment
- Hands-on industry experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI
- Active certifications in AI/ML e.g., Google AI, DeepLearning.AI, Microsoft Azure AI, NVIDIA Deep Learning
- Published research, blog contributions, or conference presentations in AI or AI-in-education
