The National Agency for the Promotion of Research, Technological Development and Innovation (I+D+i Agency), through the National Directorate of the Argentine Sectoral Fund (FONARSEC), is calling for project proposals for the development of technology-based ventures. The aim is to build national capabilities in high-demand and rapidly growing sectors, fostering the transformation of laboratory research results into the development of new science and technology-based products, processes, and/or services.
This call for proposals promotes both the creation of new Technology-Based Enterprises (TBEs) that generate sustained growth through export diversification and increased value-added production, and the strengthening and consolidation of existing Technology-Based Enterprises, with the aim of supporting and sustaining their growth and improving their competitiveness. The development of companies based on the application of knowledge in various productive sectors will be partially financed through non-reimbursable contributions.
